Do you offer Green & Seasoned Firewood?

Yes. We deliver both green and seasoned firewood in Maine YEAR ROUND!

What does "Seasoned" firewood mean?

Seasoned Firewood has been cut for over 1 year and has moisture content of 25% or less, making it great to burn!

What does "Green" firewood mean?

Green firewood has been recently cut, and often has moisture content of 30-45%

Because it hasn't dried out yet, Most people order green firewood to stack it and let it season at their home.

How do I know I am getting what I pay for?

We follow Maine State Firewood regulations so you KNOW you are getting exactly what you pay for! When you buy firewood from a supplier, it is measured by the "loose thrown cord" meaning how we pile it into our delivery trucks. 1 loose thrown cord = 180 cubic feet.

This is state law/regulation, and the BEST way to measure your wood!
